Pairs League - Round 3

Summer finall arrived with a warm sunny eveing and light winds meeting the seven teams. All the action was in the Second Basin with Jack Crystal and Matt Sampson going skimmer for skimmer on the pole with both netting over 10lbs of silvers. Jack ran out the winner by 5ozs and with partner Steve Whitehouse banking 1lb 7ozs from the hard fishing Lower Basin the Lynstone Lads secured thier maiden pairs victory.
Tony Hillas supported Matt with 1lb 10zs but the Brendon All Stars ended up sharing second with the Bude Bay Pirates with Adrian Hill and Mark Gratton weighing in within an ounce of each other at 3lb 10/11ozs respectively (its all about consistency).
