Pairs League R7

Pairs League – Round 7 – Sunday 6th September

With double figure bags of quality silvers coming from the Middle Pound in recent days there was disapointment on match day as the bites proved hard to come by.  Steve Whitehouse made the most of an end pag and banked over 5lbs of silvers to easily win the Pound section.  Partner Jack Crystal was also smashing his section on the Lake and a 22lb winning bag saw the Lynstone lads take maximum points and a clear victory.

Me and My Boy consolidated thier lead in the league with Simon Allen finishing 2nd and Dave Allen 3rd respectively.  The Team now have an almost unassailable 2.5 point lead over the Brendon All Stars who crashed out with Matt Sampson taking last place on the lake and unable to support parther Tony Hillas who finished runner up in the Pound.
