On Tuesday 7th March work will begin to extend the hardcore pathway to the last two remaining platforms beneath the Weir Cafe.
Thankfully the heavy lifting work is covered in the morning with a Digger driver, Simon Hockaday and Steve Whitehouse helping (Matt Sampson is also providing the membrane), so a big Team effort.
What we believe would be helpful is a couple of extra hands from around 2pm to rake in the hardcore prior to compacting with the wacker plate. If you are free and would like to help can you give Simon a ring 01288 355101.
When this is completed we will have level and hard access to all 19 platforms on the lake.
