Summer League R6 - Phyllis Turner Trophy - (Rudd and Roach only)  Trophy

The redfins were as tricky as ever to pick out from the bream and perch during the annual rudd and roach only contest.  Simon Allen kept the fish up in the water to avoid the bream and bagged a winning 7lbs 9ozs from current hot peg 15.  Mark Gratton managed a respectable 3lb 9ozs from adjacent peg 14 to finish runner up.  Dave Allen certainly had the numbers but not the quality and eventually banked 3lbs 3ozs for third place.

There were section wins for Brian Powel on peg 17 (who now moves into 2nd place in the Summer League), and Andy Southy off peg 34.
